Bombs don’t wait for AI.

Nagi-HUGE 12B vs Jev, Laya and SemIf. Same real-time rules as the BIG version. Every control decision is recorded.

REAL-TIME MATCH · RECORDED REPLAY AT 1× · AUTO-LOOP
0.0s
The clock never waits for a model.

Every player moves at the same maximum speed. Replies change direction or drop a bomb and move. While a model thinks, the world keeps moving. Bombs explode after 1.8 seconds; walls close in. Replies older than 1.5 seconds are rejected and unrefreshed movement stops. Draws remain draws.

Actual wall-clock inference recorded at original speed, not a live endpoint. Three local models share one serialized H100 queue; Jev uses an independent remote API. Queue time and inference time are visible separately. This tests this deployment, not isolated model speed or matched hardware. All models receive a compact map and shared safety/route hints. Four starting rotations over two layouts; not a general model ranking.
